“ Traveling throughTexas? If you're in the Fort Stockton area, do yourself a "flavor" and eat at the Sagebrush Cafe. Our server, Derecca, was so friendly and was happy to accommodate our request...grilled onions! We both had burgers, fries and onion rings. Delicious. They were smashed to.perfection, brioche buns. Yum! Rings and fries were hand cut, hand dipped. When traveling back through, they will see us again. Hidden Gem Thanks for filling our bellies with tasty food. ”

The waiter didn't make it to work but our service was still prompt and cheerful. It was worth the couple of extra turns to fortify us before we hit the road again. Comfortable basic Western diner with nice clean Pinesol-forward bathrooms. ”
